I have no idea where these chaps came from. They have been lurking in various sheds and studios over the years and have more recently been sound asleep under my work table in my home studio. For years I have thought about painting them as they are such fabulous objects. They have such presence and are wonderfully sculptural. They also create wonderful shadows.

I shall do another post when once I have had time to reinvent them ! For now if you have any comments please fire away !
